KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch on Friday include Crest Builder Holdings Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, Ireka Corp Bhd, BIMB Holdings Bhd, Fast Energy Holdings Bhd and Dynaciate Group Bhd, according to JF Apex Research.

       Crest Builder has bagged a construction job worth RM192.07mil for a proposed two-block condominium project in Mukim Batu, from UEM Sunrise Bhd.

       Ireka has bagged a two-year engineering contract worth RM196mil for a 'Fibre-To-The-Home Connectivity Project' in Langkawi, Kedah.

       BIMB will be delisted from the Main Market of Bursa Securities and Bank Islam will assume the listing status of BIMB.

       Fast Energy has secured an RM11.75mil contract to supply solar power to a furniture company.

       Dynaciate is acquiring an 8-acre piece of industrial land in Serendah, Selangor, from Brem Holdings Bhd for RM10.1mil.

       Meanwhile, the US market advanced overnight after lawmakers agreed to raise the debt ceiling and jobless claims were lower than expected.

       Earlier, European stocks rebounded after US 10-year Treasury yield retreated from a three-month high.

       “Following Wednesday's rally the FBM KLCI could remain buoyed above the support of 1,555 points,” JF Apex said.
