A PUPIL from SJK(T) Simpang Lima in Selangor has won her second international gold medal in the Asean Innovative Science, Environmental and Entrepreneur Fair, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Yashmita Murugan represented Tamil schools from the Klang area in the competition, where 447 participants and teams from 20 countries took part.
She was invited by the Indonesian Young Scientist Association to participate after having won a gold medal in the 2021 competition at just eight years old.
Yashmita’s second gold medal at this year’s event earned her a special recognition award for leading by example at such a tender age.
