AN air rifle shooting incident at a home of a General Operations Force member is being investigated, Harian Metro reported.
The incident happened at about 4am on Monday at the victim’s hometown in Kampung Bechah Jeranji, Kota Baru.
Kelantan acting CPO Datuk Muhamad Zaki Harun said initial investigations revealed that two suspects were behind the incident.
He said it was believed that the suspects had used an air rifle to take two shots at the village house belonging to the GOF member.
“A check revealed that a glass sliding door was broken and there was a hole the size of a marble on the windscreen of a Toyota Hilux belonging to the victim,” he added.
Muhamad Zaki said the complainant, who is based in Cheras, had recently returned to the village to settle some family matters.
He added that police were looking for the suspects and investigating the motive behind the shooting.
> The daily also reported that actor Aeril Zafrel does not intend to keep the Lamborghini Aventador given to him by his wife Wawa Zainal last month.
The actor said he informed his wife of his decision after taking the car out for a ride.
“Prior to this, I had a Ford Mustang, but this was only for a year as it ended up idle in my house and I decided to sell it to a friend.
“Wawa then gifted me a new car and after trying out a few times, it is likely that I will not be using the car for long,” he said.
