A MARRIED woman in Tamil Nadu and her lover were killed on the spot after they jumped in front of a train over their doomed affair, Makkal Osai reported.
The woman, identified only as Satya, got to know Vishnu, 27, at work.
Satya, 22, was then working at the local council’s mosquito eradication team. She had been married for five years and lived with her husband and two-year-old son in the city of Salem.
Satya had to get a job after becoming a mother as her husband’s income was not enough to support the family.
When her husband found out about the affair, he scolded Satya.
Undeterred, Satya met up with Vishnu at a train station where the couple suddenly jumped in front of a moving express train.
Police are investigating the case.
