ACTRESS Yana Samsudin has lodged a police report against an online gaming streamer for making sexual jokes with children below 13 years old, Utusan Ahad reported.
The 36-year-old actress lodged the report in Shah Alam, urging the police to carry an investigation for “inappropriate behaviour”.
“The person often uses foul language while streaming and it was not the first time.
“The action went too far as these unsuitable words can have a different meaning to a child,” she said, adding that action should be taken against the individual for sexual harassment.
Yana said the individual would also chat on sexual matters with children while streaming.
“Even more disgusting is that some parties are editing the video as material for public viewing,” she claimed.
The actress urged parents to be mindful of their children’s activities, especially in cyberspace.
> Rock singer Aru Peruzza, 56, has snipped off his dreadlocks after sporting the hairdo for 26 years, Harian Metro reported.
Aru, whose real name is Piruzzaman Azizan, decided to cut his 2m-long dreadlocks on Saturday after being stuck at home without getting any offers to perform for over a year.
“I have transformed and felt relief in throwing away some old stuff.
“Just imagine having this hairstyle for 26 years. It’s 2m long,” he said.
Aru, who performed with groups such as Koffin Kanser and Republic Of Brickfields, said he had thought of cutting his hair about six or seven years ago but finally decided to do it now.
