KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch for on Monday following corporate announcements incude Kossan, Caely, Axiata, Digi, TSR Capital and LKL International, said JF Apex Research.

       Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd founder Tan Sri Lim Kuang Sia had in recent days raised his indirect stake in the rubber glove manufacturer after buying 7.06 million shares.

       Datuk Jovian Mandagie said lingerie maker Caely Holdings Bhd made a false announcement to Bursa Malaysia regarding his alleged appointment as the executive vice chairman.

       Axiata Group Bhd and Digi.com Bhd are extending the deadline to fulfil conditions that have been set out in their merger agreement from 22 June to 31 Dec this year.

       TSR Capital Bhd is selling a property in Port Dickson to Malaysia's McDonald's licensee Gerbang Alaf Restaurants Sdn Bhd for RM6mil.

       LKL International Bhd has proposed to undertake a renounceable rights issue with free warrants to raise up to RM58.3mil to fund its diversification into the pharmacy business.

       Meanwhile, JF Apex said the FBM KLCI could remain pressured with support at 1,450 points following the recent uncertainty.

       The US market ended mixed on Friday with the Dow declining slightly while the S&P and Nasdaq climbed amid concerns of an economic slowdown.

       Similarly, European stocks were mixed as central banks hiked interest rates in response to the US Federal Reserve's rate hike.
