       KUWAIT CITY, April 28: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is in the process of referring employees, who have been in service for 30 years or more, for retirement; as per the decisions of the Council of Ministers in this regard and the relevant circulars the commission previously issued to government agencies, reports Al-Rai daily quoting reliable sources. Sources told the daily that this will pave the way for the CSC to appoint new employees and promote eligible employees to the leadership positions that will be vacated by those who will be referred for retirement.
