The shadow health secretary was asked during an appearance on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg to reel off the promises which featured on a pledge card unveiled by the Labour leader last week.
But Mr Streeting was only able to remember five of the six pledges and forgot the proposed crackdown on anti-social behaviour.
He said: "Economic stability, cut NHS waiting lists, 6,500 extra teachers, secure border command, Great British energy, and ... what's the one I've missed? I've done them out of order."

Mr Streeting added: "The annoying thing is I was preparing for that question and still fluffed it. I might as well go home now."
Defence Secretary Grant Shapps successfully named Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's five priorities.
The Labour frontbencher later admitted that he was "never going to live this down".
The Tories seized on the awkward blunder by the Ilford North MP, who is often tipped as a future party leader.
Conservative Party chairman Richard Holden said: “Sir Keir Starmer’s ‘pledges’ change so frequently even his own team don’t bother to remember what they are.
"Like the British public, Starmer’s Labour front bench colleagues know he has no plan for Britain and would take us back to square one.”

Broadcaster Piers Morgan, who was on the panel of the BBC show, also hit out at Mr Streeting for forgetting one of the pledges.
The former Good Morning Britain presenter said: "I'd quite like a pledge where they remember what their pledges are because if you can't remember what the pledges are, how committed are you to the pledges?"
It comes after Sir Keir unveiled a pledge card with six "first steps" Labour would take if it wins power at the next general election at a campaign event in Essex last Thursday.
The steps include measures to invest in the NHS, education and policing, to set up a new national energy company and an elite border force, and to promote economic stability.

But the Labour leader denied the six vows were a scaled-back version of his party's ambitions for government set out previously in five missions for "national renewal".
He said: "We're not reducing the mission. I don't accept that they're small first steps."
Sir Keir sought to portray the first steps as only a part of Labour's wider programme for government, but also attempted to manage expectations about what the party could achieve in power following the UK's recent economic difficulties.
