       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: The Public Relations and Security Media General Department at the Ministry of Interior stated that given the current situation in the country particularly the application of health regulations to curb the spread of coronavirus and efforts exerted to improve services, the ministry continues to process transactions online through its website — moi.gov.kw, reports Al-Jarida daily.

       The department affirmed that the transactions of security establishments are processed online for the public to save time and effort, as well as speed up completion; while social distancing is strictly implemented in the service departments. According to the Information Systems General Department; the ministry completed 3,127,897 residency-related transactions since the launching of the online service while the online booking system processed 1,247,180 transactions.
