KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch for on Thursday include Felda, Heineken, Berjaya Food, Syarikat Takaful, AME Elite, KPower and ATA IMS, according to JF Apex Research.
Felda has exercised its put option to sell 37% stake in Eagle High to Rajawali.
Heineken's 1Q22 profit rose 54% YoY to RM113.4m, Berjaya Food 3QFY22 net profit more than doubled YoY to RM31.6mil.
Syarikat Takaful 1Q22 net profit dropped 14.2% YoY to RM86.8m.
AME Elite has secured shareholders’ approval for the listing of AME REIT on the Main Market.
KPower has won the bid to develop SEDA’s 40.4MW hydro power plants in Kelantan and ATA IMS appoints Dharma Rajan Nadarajah as COO.
Meanwhile, JF Apex said the FBM KLCI remains under pressure and could trend sideways above the support of 1,540 points.
The US market extended its losses overnight after April inflation data came above expectations and close to its 40-year high.
