COSMETICS entrepreneur Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman was found to be Covid-19-positive after returning from a holiday in Turkey, Sinar Harian reported.

“To all my friends or anyone who knows me, I apologise if I’ve ever hurt you,” he said on Instagram.

Aliff Syukri, 34, who is currently being treated at a hospital, said the doctor confirmed that he was a Category Three patient, hence the infection could affect his respiratory system.

“Pray for my speedy recovery... I’m sorry if I’ve been rude, I’m sorry if I’ve cursed, I’m sorry if I’ve hurt anyone intentionally or otherwise.

“I felt relieved after apologising to everyone; I am afraid that I may not live long,” he said.

Aliff’s post got nearly 50,000 likes and over 3,000 comments.

The entrepreneur and his family, including his mother, went to Turkey for a vacation on Dec 15 and returned to Malaysia recently.

His wife Datin Seri Nur Shahidah Mohd Rashid is undergoing quarantine at home.

       > Actress Izara Aishah touched on the topic of suicide on Instagram when one of her followers asked her: “Is it normal or not when we have a problem to the point of thinking of suicide?”

The 29-year-old urged the public not to act on impulse.

Through a question-and-answer session in Instastory, Izara, whose full name is Nik Izara Aishah Nik Izazurin, said it was not normal if a person were to think of suicide to solve problems in life.

“Don’t think (suicide),” said the actress who is married to Adib Khalid, a stepson of Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza.
