SEREMBAN: Water supply to several areas here will be disrupted for up to 24 hours on March 29 due to pipe replacement works.

       Syarikat Air Negri Sembilan (Sains), in a statement Thursday (March 24) said that the supply would be disrupted from 8am on March 29.

       The affected areas include Taman Sri Pulasan, Taman Bukit Kristal, Taman Mutiara Galla, Taman Bukit Galena 1 & 2, Taman Jasper Jaya, Kg Tiroi, Taman Tiroi, Kg Orang Asli Sebir, Kg Baru Batu 8, Kg Batu 9 and Kg Batu 10 Labu, Kg Kering, Kg Pelegong, Kg Pasir Putih, and the Seremban (north bound) R & R along the North-South Expressway and its surrounding areas.

       Sains said the pipe replacement works were necessary to ensure the concessionaire could continue to supply quality treated water.

       It would also deploy water tankers and place static tanks in areas where the repair works will take more than 24 hours to complete.
