KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah visited the Defence Services Asia (DSA) on Monday (March 28).
His Majesty, joined by Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Hussein, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin and other dignitaries, visited several local and international defence industry booths.
The King arrived at the event at around 2.15pm and was briefed at some exhibitions which include Sapura, Mindmatic and Gading Marine Industry.
DSA, held at the Malaysian International Trade and Exhibition Centre (Mitec), made its comeback after a two-year hiatus in 2020 due to the global pandemic.
The biggest defence exhibition in the region is expected to see over 25,000 visitors from over 50 countries.
