KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd has achieved a 100% take-up rate for its ‘The Twin Factories 2’ in Elmina Business Park, Selangor and ‘Hamilton Industrial Park 1’ in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

       The developer said 22 units of the Twin Factories 2 and 42 units of Hamilton Industrial Park 1, with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM328.58mil were booked during their respective launches recently.

       “The response to our industrial products launched this year have been encouraging, with take up rates of over 90% registered from the three recent launches,” group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said in a statement.

       "Sime Darby Property will continue to identify suitable locations to develop industrial product options within our townships which offer convenient access to major expressways and logistics hubs and grow our industrial and logistics segment further,” he said.
