The Daily Record reports the 39-year-old is now being hunted by cops after failing to turn up to court, where a jury found him guilty of sexually assaulting a woman.
The delivery driver posed as an Uber worker when the 20-year-old woman approached him around 5am after a night out in Glasgow in 2019.
She told Glasgow Sheriff Court how she had returned to a friend's flat at 3am - leaving in the early hours of the morning when a pal booked an Uber through her phone, as the victim's was out of charge.
The now 23-year-old said she approached a silver Nissan Primera across the street after the driver of the car waved at her.
She said: "The car slowed down, so I wrongly identified it as my taxi. I told him where I was going and he said he could take me."
She described how there was a Just Eat takeaway bag and a child carrier seat in the back of the Nissan.
When she got into the passenger seat, Samad sped off in the opposite direction to her parents' home where she had asked to be dropped off.
She recounted how sick Samad questioned if she was wearing underwear and touched her leg.

She said: "He told me to relax and stop crying, multiple times."
He then grabbed her hand and put it inside his trousers, which he then "alternated doing that all the way on the motorway".
The terrified victim told how she "was crying the whole time" and felt too scared to stop him, due to his size.
Ten minutes after he picked the girl up he was captured on CCTV laughing as he collected an order from Guru Grill on Oswald Street.
The sicko then took the time to drop off the takeaway as the victim sat frozen in fear inside his car.
He even came back to retrieve a bag of cash - fearing she would steal it.
The woman said: "I was so far from home. I was frozen by what had happened. I was too scared.
“I just wasn’t sure what this man was capable of."
At the end of his shift, he dropped the girl home around 6am - after continuing on with the sexual assault.
The victim told her father about the ordeal, with her dad telling the court: "She was crying, ‘Oh daddy’.
"She hadn’t called me daddy since she was a child. I knew something was seriously wrong."
He called police and, following a ten day investigation, Samad was arrested.
Cops had to force entry to his home as he refused to open the door.
Sick Samad at first tried to claim nothing had happened - but when confronted with DNA evidence the middle-aged delivery driver said that she had forced him to touch her and had touched him without consent.
Despite the wealth of evidence, Samad pleaded not guilty.
Quizzing the 39-year-old, Procurator Fiscal Depute Mark Allan said: "You were a man in his late thirties and your position is that a 20-year-old stranger at the end of her night, desperate to get home, couldn’t keep her hands off you?
"Are you seriously asking us to believe that position?"
Samad is understood to have answered "yes", believing the behaviour was "culturally acceptable".
A warrant is currently out for Samad's arrest after he failed to turn up for the verdict and sentencing.
The victim said she has suffered long-term trauma following the assault, being placed on antidepressants and struggling with an eating disorder.
A spokesperson for JustEat told The Sun Samad is not registered on their delivery network.
