SEREMBAN: Police have remanded three suspects for seven days to help in investigations following the discovery of a body in a ravine at KM14 Jalan Bukit Putus Lama near here on Sunday (March 20).
Seremban OCPD Asst Comm Nanda Maarof said police obtained a court order to remand two men aged 41 and 44 and an 18-year-old girl until March 29.
"The male suspects were detained at a house in Taman Nee Yan in Temiang while the teenager was caught in another house in Seremban 2 on Tuesday (March 22) night," he said in a statement on Wednesday (March 23).
On Sunday, ACP Nanda said police received a report that a man in his 50s had stumbled upon the remains of a woman while jogging and taking photos in the area.
No identification was found on the victim.
He said the victim was 1.39m (4ft 6in) tall, petite, and was wearing black track pants and a T-shirt with no jewellery.
