KUALA LUMPUR: Trading of LTKM Bhd’s shares on Bursa Malaysia will be suspended from 9am on April 7 to 5pm on April 8 pending a material announcement.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the chicken egg producers said Bursa Malaysia Securities had approved its request for trading suspension.

       It said the request for suspension was made under paragraph 3.1(a) (ii) and (iii) of Practice Note 2 on requests for suspension of the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Securities.

       LTKM closed up 12 sen, or 8.11% to RM1.60.
