Prince Harry and wife Meghan may need to "downsize" their impressive Montecito mansion, sources have suggested, as the couple deal with the fallout of losing a key media deal.
The pair have been living a far more secluded life in California since leaving the Royal Family as working members in 2020, with Meghan even spotted at the local farmers' market last week shopping for fresh flowers.
But the Sussexes have continued to live lavishly, frequenting expensive restaurants and, at the centrepiece, living in their enormous mansion.
This lifestyle may need to be altered, a source has suggested, as their brand has sustained several blows.
Their $20 million (£15.5m) Spotify deal recently came to an abrupt end - and it was reported soon after their $98 million (£76.5m) Netflix deal is also "hanging in the balance".

The couple were also described as taking another blow, after their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, which shot to the top of the streaming giant's charts, did not receive an Emmy nomination.
Now the pair are needing to scale back on costs, a source has claimed, as they "rescue their ailing brand".
A source has claimed to Closer Magazine that the couple are facing up to "mounting business pressures" after their Spotify deal came to an abrupt end, reports the Mirror.

The source added that the couple are "having to work hard to rescue their brand" because "it's not looking good".
They claimed the Sussexes' overheads are "massive" and they need "huge paydays" in order to maintain their current lifestyle.
As a result, they may need to downsize their nine-bedroom and 19-bathroom mansion, which they reportedly bought with a $9.5m (£7m) mortgage.
A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess told People when they moved in in 2020 that they had "settled into the quiet privacy of their community since their arrival and hope that this will be respected for their neighbors, as well as for them as a family".

An insider told Page Six of the claims: "It’s not true, it’s literally made up."

Sports podcaster Bill Simmons — one of Spotify’s most senior execs — called the prince and the former actress "f***ing grifters" after the deal broke down.
