The southbound lanes of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway in Laurel have reopened after a crash.

       The collision happened late Tuesday night near Route 197.

       Some delays remained Wednesday morning, with a backup of about 2？ miles. At least one person was hurt, but the extent of their injuries was not known, authorities said.
