Three people died and several others were hurt in a house fire in Baltimore.

       The city’s fire department said Monday on Twitter that the blaze broke out in the 1500 block of N. Patterson Park Avenue. Officials said six people, including five children, were taken to hospitals.

       Authorities gave few other details. Fire officials said the home had working smoke alarms.
