Just like children up and down the UK, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will be relishing the final days of their summer holidays before they head back to the classroom next month. It will be an especially big year for Prince George as this marks his final year at the same school as his younger siblings before he relocates to senior school.
The Wales trio will all return to Lambrook School in Berkshire following their summer break and recent visit to Balmoral to join their grandfather and other members of the Royal Family. They began attending the school in 2022 after the Wales family relocated to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.

With their return set for September 3, they will surely have bought everything they need for a new school year - a task Princess Kate has previously been seen accompanying her children to do.

However, there was one occasion when the Princess of Wales' trip to get Prince George and Princess Charlotte fitted for new school shoes didn't go as smoothly as planned, resulting in a very relatable blunder.

Their current school, Lambrook, is a day and boarding institution catering to boys and girls aged three to 13 years. For now, the Wales children are day pupils.
At Lambrook, they have access to an array of facilities including the school's own orchard, woodland, a nine-hole golf course, a 25-metre swimming pool, and a cricket pitch.
However, in just a few short years, George will leave Lambrook for secondary school. While it has not been confirmed where the second in line to the throne will continue his education, it is thought that some of the top contenders are Eton College and Marlborough College - the former schools of his parents.
