The lucky digits for the October 12 EuroMillions main draw were 13, 45, 22, 06, 49 and the Lucky Stars were: 10, 11, however nobody claimed the top prize. This means the jackpot will continue over onto Friday’s draw.

Camelot’s Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at the National Lottery, said: “It’s all to play for on Friday night as the whopping EuroMillions jackpot of an estimated £184m remains up for grabs.

"EuroMillions has now hit its cap, which means any money that would have gone into the jackpot will now boost prizes in the next winning prize tier.

“If one UK winner banks the lot, they would instantly become the UK's biggest ever National Lottery winner!

"Players are urged to get their tickets early to be in with a chance of winning this extraordinary prize."

To date, the highest amount ever won in the EuroMillions draw was £148.7million and was scooped by a person who chose to remain anonymous.

Any lucky winner of the £184million jackpot would immediately find themselves among the richest people in the UK.

The winner would join Scottish DJ Calvin Harris and popstar Robbie Williams, who are both worth £180million and £185million respectively.

They could also become richer than boxing heavyweight, Tyson Fury.

Mr Fury, 33, defeated Deontay Wilder at the weekend, bringing his total amount of wealth to £150million.

As well as Tyson Fury, the victorious individual who would take home the £184million would also become richer than singing superstar Adele.

Adele has recently announced a comeback single, bringing out a new single called ‘Easy on Me’.

However, the singer is worth £140million, which massively falls short of the Friday jackpot which is up for grabs for anyone across the UK.

According to statistics, the most common numbers to come up in the National Lottery are 50, followed by 44, 19, 4 and 30.

As for extra numbers, the most common of these are both 8 and 3.

The National Lottery has made a huge difference to people’s lives – not just by the amounts won in the lottery but also grants given by the National Lottery.

During the coronavirus pandemic, the lottery distributed £1.2billion across the UK in an attempt to tackle the issues felt during the coronavirus.
