His lorry is packed with nappies, sanitary products, clothes and first aid kits.
His local Chippy Larder food waste project in Oxfordshire gathered thousands of items.
Generous Brits have donated the goods to ship over to Red Cross teams.
He said last night: "I'm currently driving to Poland with two Chippy Larder colleagues to make our delivery to the Red Cross.
