A 19-year-old was fatally shot in Virginia on Monday, authorities said Wednesday.

       In a statement, Manassas City Police said Kevin Munguia-Orellana of Manassas was killed in the 8300 block of Magnolia Court. Munguia-Orellana was targeted, according to the statement, and there is no threat to the public.

       Police said they were searching for suspects driving a white Ford Transit van at the time of the shooting. Anyone with information about the shooting may contact police at 703-257-8092.
