KUALA LUMPUR: Property and energy services firm Enra Group Bhd is planning to expand its business to include maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services.
?In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Enra said it has made a non-binding indicative offer to purchase selected assets of MTU Services (M) Sdn Bhd for RM60mil.
This includes properties and equipment located in Manjung, Perak and Rawang in Selangor.
MTU Services is principally involved in MRO services primarily for the marine, automotive, defence, and power industries.
Enra said the proposed acquisition would be satisfied via the payment of RM33mil in cash and the issuance of RM27mil worth of new Enra shares.
"Pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition, Enra will enter into a rental arrangement(s) with Vendor for the Properties and Selected Assets for a period of up to 9 years, at RM3.3 million per annum or 18% of MSM's annual revenue, whichever is higher, on a triple net rental basis," Enra said.
