A MAN has been charged with attempted murder after "travelling 100 miles to an Ibis hotel in Cardiff to stab a man."
Sennan Graham-Ahearne, 22, from Devon, was arrested after the knife attack at the Cardiff hotel.

A 64-year-old man - also from Devon and known to the suspect - is in a serious condition.
South Wales Police were called to the Ibis hotel at Cardiff Gate at around 11am on Saturday following reports of a stabbing.
The injured man, who hasn't been named, is in a serious but stable condition at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.
Graham-Ahearne was remanded in custody to appear at Cardiff magistrates court.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "Detectives investigating a stabbing outside the Ibis Hotel in Cardiff Gate have charged a man was attempted murder.
"Sennan Graham-Ahearne, 22, from Devon, is remanded in custody and due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court today (Monday, August 9).
"Emergency services were called to the hotel at around 11am on Saturday, August 7.
"A 64-year-old remains in a serious but stable condition at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.
