KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks that could see investor attention on Monday include CTOS Digital Bhd, Malton Bhd , Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust , Pacific & Orient Bhd , Carimin Petroleum Bhd and Cuscapi Bhd , says JF Apex Research.

       CTOS Digital has proposed to buy a 49% stake in fintech specialist Juris Technologies Sdn Bhd (JurisTech) for RM205.8mil cash.

       Malton Bhd said it is in talks to sell the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall to Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

       Pacific & Orient Bhd (P&O) is disposing of its 21.91% stake in Singapore-based data software company HiringBoss Holdings Pte Ltd for US$19.83mil (RM83.11mil).

       Carimin Petroleum Bhd has aborted plans to raise RM29.94mil via a share placement and Cuscapi Bhd has proposed a private placement of 10% of its issued shares to raise up to RM22.34mil for its business expansion and working capital.

       On the local market, the FBM KLC ended flat on Friday with a 0.03-points gain to 1,516.45.

       JF Apex Research said the market could consolidate and trend sideways below the resistance of 1,530 points.

       European bourses meanwhile were mixed on Friday as major bourses were closed for the Christmas holidays.
