The Sue Gray report into the partygate scandal has now been published by the Government.

       The document was handed to Boris Johnson on Wednesday morning. The Prime Minister will be issuing a statement about it later today.

       The report states that it is the "senior leadership" in Downing Street who must "bear responsibility" for the culture in No 10 during the pandemic.
