PETALING JAYA: The Johor Baru MCA division had its delegates’ meeting virtually on Sunday (June 27), which was launched by Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
The MCA president said that virtual meetings were now the norm due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“This is the new norm for political parties when holding meetings, in order to obey the standard operating procedures (SOP) during the lockdown due to the pandemic.
“The delegates’ involvement was encouraging, and many delegates voiced out their views concerning current issues and they debated the motions that were presented,” he said in an Instagram post.
