PETALING JAYA: YNH Property Bhd has rectified the terms of an agreement in which its wholly-owned subsidiary Kar Sin Bhd entered into a sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Great Wall Park Sdn Bhd for a 5.098-acre freehold land in Kuala Lumpur worth RM150mil.

       As of this announcement, all SPA conditions had been met, awaiting members’ approval at YNH Property’s general meeting, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
