Based upon the analysis of the vote, ABC News reports former President Donald Trump will win the Hawaii Republican caucuses.

       President Joe Biden won the state's Democratic caucuses last week.

       Both candidates are projected to have clinched their party's respective nominations in the wake of Tuesday's voting, in four more states, including Hawaii.

       Hawaii's GOP caucuses were held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and required participants to bring a photo ID and complete paperwork with the local GOP.

       State significance In 2016, the last time Hawaii held a contested Republican nominating race, Trump beat Texas Sen. Ted Cruz by about 10 points on his way to facing Democrat Hillary Clinton later that year.

       Hawaii is a reliably Democratic state in the presidential race.
