       KUWAIT CITY, Sept 18: The Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic and Operations Affairs Major General Jamal Al-Sayegh told Al-Rai daily if the transfer of vehicle is between family members (father, son, brothers, husband and wife) they need not submit proof of payment, reports Al-Rai daily. This is to confirm what as published earlier that during the transfer of vehicles the concerned parties must declare mode of payment. Al-Sayegh explained that if the vehicle is gifted the owner of the vehicle must sign a document at the GTD headquarters in this regard. He also explained to Al-Rai that this system is not strange and exists in most countries to ensure the deal is made through legal sources and ensure black money is not involved.
