The I Knew You Were Trouble star, who has been playing sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium this week, was joint favourite with Spider-Man to move into Number 10.
Taylor and the neighbourhood’s favourite superhero were joined by a number of British stars, including broadcaster David Attenborough and England footballer Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane also making the cut.
Ahead of next week’s General Election, the poll by toy shop The Entertainer, which spoke to 1000 of the UK’s children aged 6-10, found that over half of the UK’s kids agreed that the top qualities of a country’s lead politician should be honesty (52%), closely followed by kindness (44%) and fairness (31%).

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the survey also found that most children (75%) believe they’d make good Prime Ministers. The top things they’d do if they were in charge for the day were to have shorter school days, add more play time, free toys, and abolish homework.

But beyond all the fun, they’d also like to slash prices in shops (29%) and pay doctors and nurses more (22%), while 14% of children want to stop climate change.
With schools across the country closed and being used as polling stations, The Entertainer, with over 160 toy shops across the UK, is running an in-store toy vote, prize draw, and activities programme to help keep the kids entertained on the day of the election.

Families can head to their local The Entertainer on July 4th and vote for their favourite toys in-person, as well as take part in a number of other free activities throughout the day. What’s more, The Entertainer will be hosting a competition on its website, so parents keep an eye out on The Entertainer’s Instagram account (@entertainer_toys) for a chance to win ￡100 toy bundles relating to the toy your child votes for.
