Angela Rayner has been mocked after she demanded Jeremy Hunt publishes any advice he has received over what she is calling a conflict of interest to do housing and renting policy.
Her call for transparency from the Chancellor comes despite months of her refusing to publish legal advice about the sale of her home in 2015, something Manchester Police are now investigating.

Yesterday Ms Rayner demanded Mr Hunt publish any guidance he has received over ground rents, after The Sun reported he had rejoined Government talks about the policy.
He previously recused himself six months ago because of his landlord status.
In a statement, Ms Rayner said: “The Chancellor now has serious questions to answer about his involvement in determining crucial policies on ground rents and whether they would have a direct personal impact on his vast property portfolio.

“Jeremy Hunt must publish any guidance he has received on conflict of interest to determine how on earth he can remain independent in this case.”
Ms Rayner is now the subject of mockery for making this demand, despite herself refusing to publish legal advice about her own housing situation.
She has argued this would be wrong as it is “personal”, though that didn’t stop her previously calling for personal tax advice about Tory candidates and others.
Ms Rayner is accused of lying about her former home in Stockport, which she bought using Right to Buy before selling it for a ￡48,500 profit eight years later.
