       KUWAIT CITY, Oct 26: The recent decision of Minister of Electricity, Water, Renewable Energy, Social Affairs and Societal Development Dr Mishaan Al-Otaibi to assign an official to carry out the tasks of the general manager of an affiliate entity is surrounded with suspicions of administrative violation, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting sources. Sources disclosed that Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) referred this official to the Public Prosecution about two weeks ago for investigation on suspicion of corruption in official records. Sources explained the usual administrative procedures followed in such a case include suspension from work for three months, until the prosecution concludes the investigation.
