A HARRY Potter addict has conjured up the world’s largest collection of wizarding memorabilia — over a wanderful two decades.

       Tracey Nicol-Lewis, 47, has 6,300 magical items including wands, special edition books, Lego sets and artwork.

       And she had a Potter-themed wedding with husband Martin, 45, last year.

       Tracey, of mid-Glamorgan, said: “It’s a magical world.”

       A FIRST edition Harry Potter book has sold for a record ￡356,000.

       The Philosopher’s Stone copy was one of 500 printed in 1997.

       A woman collecting books that became films bought it in 1998 as she predicted it would hit the big screen.

       The edition includes typing errors like “one wand” being printed twice on a list of items Harry needs for Hogwarts school of wizardry.

       Joe Maddalena of Heritage Auctions in Dallas, Texas, said: “It is in untouched, mint condition which is why it was so sought after.”

       Bidding began at ￡50,000 but it went for ￡287,000, with fees taking it to ￡356,000 — the most for any 20th century first edition book.

       The Great Gatsby fetched the previous record of ￡285,000 in 2014.

       And a signed first edition copy set the previous Harry Potter record at ￡125,000 last year in Edinburgh.
