PETALING JAYA: Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, SEA Hibiscus Sdn Bhd, has sought an extension of an existing prepayment facility with Trafigura Pte Ltd of up to US$80mil (RM332.18mil).

       The oil company said in a statement SEA Hibiscus on Monday executed the amendment and restatement agreement in respect of the prepayment agreement originally dated Oct 8, 2018.

       This agreement effectively extends the existing Trafigura prepayment facility to Dec 31, 2023, it said.
