KUALA LUMPUR: Damansara Realty Bhd said Seaview Holdings Sdn Bhd, the company linked businessman Datuk Daing A Malek Daing A Rahaman, has disposed its stake to a unit of state-owned Johor Corp Bhd.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Damansara said Seaview has entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Absolute Ambient Sdn Bhd to sell the 49.57% equity interest in the company for RM78.9mil cash.

       Daing Malek bought the stake in Damansara Realty from JCorp in 2014.
