Speaking to GB News' Mark Dolan, Decker dismissed the horrific response she received after she shared a picture of a Welsh supermarket's signage. She commented how the language, which was in Welsh, looked like "a foreign language" and that she "did not recognise it". But Twitter "piled on" to Decker as furious users accused the singer of "ignorance" and lambasted her for the comments as they tried to "cancel" her as a "bigot".

       Explaining how the pile on came about, Decker said: “It was a foreign language to me.

       “So I said is this a UK supermarket because that’s a foreign language?

       “And then, apparently it was Welsh which – to me – is a foreign language.

       "I didn’t recognise it. I just recognised it as not English.”

       The T’Pau legend went on to say how this simple Tweet went on to cause an almighty Twitter storm as legions of online trolls “piled in” on the 80’s pop sensation.

       One person went as far to launch a vitriolic attack saying: “You thick t***. You probably voted Conservative huh?”

       While another branded her as having “stunning ignorance.”

       But Decker did not hold back in some of her responses.

       To one person, she furiously slammed: “Forgive me for not being fluent in Welsh you sarcastic c***.”

       Speaking after the Twitter saga, Decker told host Mark Dolan: “Those people are just making mischief.

       “They deliberately weaponise everything!

       “And so if anyone is watching now from the people that piled in on me…
