A 59-year-old man was fatally stabbed early Wednesday morning in Northwest Washington, according to D.C. police.

       The victim is Daniel McKinney, of Northwest Washington.

       Shortly after 2:45 a.m. Wednesday, D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services arrived at the 3000 block of Rodman Street NW in response to a report about an unconscious person. They found McKinney unconscious in the hallway of a residential building with an apparent stab wound. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

       As of early afternoon Wednesday, police had made no arrest in the incident.
