Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, will not want 'the boos' so will avoid Britain, an expert says (Image: Getty)
Meghan Markle will avoid visiting Britain because she doesn't want any negative attention, a royal commentator has claimed.
Kinsey Schofield's comment comes after royal biographer Andrew Morton suggested the Duchess of Sussex would not return to the UK because she doesn't want to curtsy to Kate, the Princess of Wales and future Queen.
Royal Highnesses bow and curtsey only to majesties, so Meghan would only have to do so to Kate once the princess becomes Queen.
Ms Schofield told TalkTV: "I certainly think that Meghan will avoid the UK for self preservation. She does not want the boos.
"She doesn't want the negative attention … She wants to go where she's celebrated and elevated."
Mr Morton - who collaborated with Diana, Princess of Wales, on his 1992 book Diana: Her True Story - ruled out a move back from the US for Meghan and Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex.

Asked whether he thought the Sussexes would ever come back to Britain, he told Sky News' Sunday Morning With Trevor Phillips: "What, and have Meghan Markle curtseying to Kate Middleton?
"I don't think so. I don't see that as a runner. They've got their own lives in California."
Harry is set to pay a flying visit to Britain without Meghan this week to attend the WellChild awards in London on Thursday (September 7). He then heads to the Invictus Games in Germany, where the Duchess will join him later.
He is not said to be meeting his father King Charles, who is reported to have no time in his diary, or his brother the Prince of Wales, amid their continued troubled relationship, which Harry laid bare in his Netflix documentary and Spare memoir.
Harry's visit falls on the eve of the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's death and the King's accession on September 8.

Prince Harry's unseen meeting with Beckhams after Duke accused of ignoring them at game
EXCLUSIVE: Prince Harry "simply didn't see" Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz at the Los Angeles VS Inter Miami game this week, despite claims he ignored the pair following an alleged feud with David and Victoria Beckham.
A video of the 39-year-old Duke saw him being swiftly escorted to his VIP box by bodyguards, while Brooklyn and his wife stood in a queue with their attention appearing to be elsewhere.
It's not clear in the clip whether any of the three saw each other, but it was certainly a talking point amid an alleged ongoing Beckham and Sussex rift.
Now, a source has exclusively told Express.co.uk of the situation: "The Duke simply didn’t see them at that exact moment but spent time with Brooklyn and David in their box during some of the game.
"There are no issues here and any speculation on a feud is completely irresponsible."

Should there be a national celebration to mark the anniversary of Queen's death?
The first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s death, on September 8, will not be marked with an official public event, according to a royal spokesperson.
King Charles is expected to spend the day, which also marks his ascension to the throne, "quietly and privately" at Balmoral, where the Queen died aged 96.
The King and Queen Camilla are not due to attend any public engagements during the week of the anniversary.
The decision not to host any formal events or celebrations follows the late monarch’s decision to spend the anniversary of her father George VI’s death in "private reflection" at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
Members of the Royal Family will join the King at Balmoral in the Scottish Highlands during his summer stay but there are no plans for a private gathering on the anniversary.
Britons will also not be granted a bank holiday to mark the occasion with the public holiday for the late monarch's state funeral being described as a "one-off".
