       FUJISAWA, Kanagawa -- A rare golden demon stinger recently debuted at Enoshima Aquarium in this east Japan city, creating a buzz on social media and elsewhere with posts such as, "It will likely bring good luck."

       The venomous fish is about 25 centimeters long, and is on display alongside an ordinary brownish-red demon stinger in a tank in the aquarium's Sagami Bay Zone. A facility employee says its golden color is due to a mutated gene.

       The fish was adopted from Keikyu Aburatsubo Marine Park in the city of Miura, which closed to the disappointment of fans on Sept. 30. It looks likely to become a popular attraction at Enoshima Aquarium, too.
