SHAH ALAM: The bodies of 17 victims have been found in Selangor so far as of 8am on Tuesday (Dec 21), says Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.
According to Bernama, 10 victims were found in Klang, three in Hulu Langat and four in Sepang.
However, Amirudin said it could not yet be determined if the victims’ deaths were due to the floods.
He said as of 8am on Tuesday, 30,632 victims from 4,672 families have been placed at 203 temporary shelters throughout the states.
He added however that water levels are still expected to rise in certain areas in Kuala Selangor, Kuala Langat and Sepang
