Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky "is not ready" to accept Donald Trump's minerals deal, having branded it "not serious."
Sky News, citing citing a Ukraine source, reports that Zelensky still wants changes made to the arrangement.
The source said: "The agreement is not yet ready to be signed, there are a number of problematic issues, and in the current form of the draft, the president is not ready to accept it.
"Today, the drafts do not reflect a partnership in the agreement and contain only unilateral commitments by Ukraine."
This comes after Trump sparked international outrage as he called Zelensky a "dictator" this week.
The US wants control over £400bn's worth of minerals and natural resources.
