KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise has launched the sales gallery for its latest development project, KAIA Heights, an exclusive hilltop high-rise condominium in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan.

       In a statement, it said the 7.8-hectare low-density residential project will be constructed in two phases, each phase comprising two 30-storey towers, housing a total of 924 condominium units.

       With a starting price of RM567,800 per unit, the built-up area of each unit ranges between 972 square feet (sq ft) and 1,437 sq ft.

       Residents will be able to enjoy facilities such as a futsal court, a basketball court, a jogging trail, a multi-purpose hall/badminton court, a gym, three different pools and a barbecue area.

       Meanwhile, UEM Sunrise chief executive officer Sufian Abdullah said the low-density environment adds to the value, livability and attractiveness of KAIA Heights.

       The first phase is estimated to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. - Bernama
