MELAKA: Police have arrested 13 people for attending a birthday party complete with alcoholic beverages as seen in a video clip circulated among their friends.

       Melaka CID chief Asst Comm Mohd Sukri Kaman said a police report was lodged yesterday on the almost four-minute clip.

       The group is believed to be linked to a triad. The event took place on Tuesday at a business premises in Taman Merdeka Jaya, Batu Berendam, from 4.30pm to 11.30pm.
