KUALA LUMPUR: Reservoir Link Energy Bhd 's 51%-owned subsidiary Founder Energy Sdn Bhd has received a contract from a unit of Solarvest Holdings Bhd to develop a 10.95MW large-scale solar photovoltaic plant in Mukim Beriah, Kerian, Perak for RM14.9mil.
It said in a statement that the letter of award pertains to the engineering, construction and commissioning of the project, expected to be completed by Nov 30, 2022.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Atlantic Blue for their confidence in us and awarding this project. We look forward to deliver this project within the stipulated time as we have in the past for all our clients.
"Moving forward, we will continue to actively participate in tenders for the construction of such similar solar PV plants while securing opportunities to build and own solar farms which will generate a new stream of recurring income for us," said Reservoir Link executive director Thien Chiet Chai.
At 12.30pm, Reservoir Link Energy shares were last traded at 39.5 sen apiece, one sen or 2.47% lower than the reference price, with 169,000 units crossing hands.
