Matthew Hall, 35, from Bishop’s Stortford, Herts., has been missing since Friday, July 9. Matthew was last seen in Bishop’s Stortford town centre at 12.45pm on the Friday and was possibly seen at the Birchanger services a short while later.
He is described as 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair, he wears glasses which are broken and was last seen wearing a red hoody and dark trousers.
Matthew also has a black devil Manchester United tattoo on the inside of his right wrist.
He has links to Essex, Boston in Lincolnshire and Slough in Berkshire.

Hertfordshire Constabulary were joined by Midshires Search and Rescue personnel as they searched the Birchanger services area and open land around Sworders Field on Friday and Saturday for clues to Matthew’s whereabouts.
Police dogs and quad bikes were also used to assist the search for Matthew.
Detective Inspector Chris Ross, of the East Herts Local Crime Unit, said: “An extensive search of the area and woodland around Birchanger Services and open land around Sworders Field, has been carried out as we continue our efforts to trace Matthew.
