The Prime Minister was attacked by the Labour Party leader over Conservatives' plan to introduce a health and social care levy. Yesterday Mr Johnson admitted he was breaking one of his 2019 election pledges with a plan to increase national insurance contributions to fix the social care crisis.
Sir Keir had already bashed the plan saying the tax unfairly hits the low paid.
Labour MPs will be whipped to vote against the proposals in a Commons vote taking place later this evening.
In PMQs, the Opposition leader and numerous MPs lashed out at the Prime Minister for breaking his promise to the electorate at the last election.
Yesterday Sir Keir said Mr Johnson could no longer claim the Tories are "the party of low taxation".
