       ADDIS ABABA (Reuters) - An Ethiopian government spokesperson said a federal air strike on Wednesday in Mekelle, the Tigray regional capital, targeted buildings where rebellious Tigrayan forces were repairing armaments.

       Legesse Tulu, the spokesperson, told Reuters he had no information on casualties.
